    Loosing precious pounds In 2 days

    Ok guys im back....I am the famously skinny 6'1 125pounder... I have been eating my daily 3000 calories and had went from 118-129 in a 1 1/2 months...Now the last two days it has been abnormally crazy and i was prolly only eating around 2500 cal.... the whole problem is i lost 4 pounds in 2 days ..i dont see how thats possible...i've been working so hard to get every pound this feels like a setback knowing i really have no room to stop....Am i gunna have to eat like a machine for the rest of my life..... I give everyone making gains a lot of credit this crap is a lot of work and my metabolism is killing it for me...HelP!!!!!

    Admiral , i never thought about that because i was at Ohio State drinking all weekend and i guess drinking dehydrates your body.....makes sense but i didnt think i wanted water weight or not?

    Hey hey Pewn! im in college and ill go out and drink a few beers on the weekends lol.... im skinny and those calories help too... I am dedicated to my gaining diet, their has only been 2 days in the last 1 1/2 months i didnt get my calories . I learn from my mistakes...i still gotta have fun ... ur only young once and im not gunna miss out....and pewn you are a Fox!

    ya left out the part/ those were the only two days since i started i havent gotten my calories man .... Im sorry but people think just because i had a few beers im not dedicated enough... I know theres probably plenty of people on here who will sit down on friday a throw a few back... Enough critism .. Im telling the truth so you know all the factors /not to be boo'd at...I was a cigarette smoker for 6 years straight.... I havent touch a cigarette in almost 2 months...not because i was worried about the money or health issues..BC I WANTED TO GAIN!!! and i knew when people quit they gain weight... SO i might have quit for the wrong reasons but i did it to show i am serious about this diet and will try my hardest to gain weight ....

    Wow, you must be a stick figure, because when I graduated from high school I was 6'3" @ 155lbs. and I was skinny then. Now its been twenty years and I stay around 215lbs. It can happen for you, but it wont happen overnight, it takes time and hardwork to put on the weight.

    i dont really have a steady diet of foods i eat... i just make sure i get my calories and eat as much whole wheat, whole grain, fruits, vegs, nuts, and protein i can... it was a big success in the first month i gained 8 pounds and now i leveled out.. adding calories is hard im pratically forcing food down my throat because everythings low calorie....

    chicken breast and sweet potato aren't low calorie. eat a couple breasts and an 8 oz sweet tater for a couple of your meals.

    The pewn talks some trash on other forums lol i love it ...... But i woke up this morning and weighed myself and back to 130 and by the end of the day ill probably be at 133....im not a real fan of sweet potatoes but i love normal potatoe's ...Calorie wise are they the same? i for got to mention i have also been taken fish oil for my ***** 3's. and i did start to loose the bloating look from eating so much!! Slow progress but im pushing foward....
