I have been dieting and weight training for the last 4 months. I started out at 5'11 150lbs at around 18 % body fat. I'm currently at 170-175 lbs depending on how much i eat throughout the day and I would guess around 16% body fat. When should I start cutting? I have put on 20-25 pounds yet still don't feel like I'm very big at all but also want to be more defined with a lower body fat percentage? Should I start cutting now and then stop when I get back down to 150-155 and re-bulk again? Or should I wait and put on more significant weight and start cutting when I reach 180-85? I'm not going for the big body builder look..more the ripped/lean/basketball player physique.
