    old lowerarm injury accing up

Just started a cycle last sunday so it's a very bad time for this cause I can't really go heavy on the biceps. So I got two guestions:

Will heavy hammer curls en moderate normal curls be sufficient for a good development ?

And how can I get right of it ? It only hurts putted weight on it when supinated and then let the weight go it's like a shocking pain.

I have suffered from this pain before. It is about 2-3 inches up from the wrist correct?

If it is only sore on one arm there is a way to manage the pain.

-Put the weight down but keep a firm grip on it with both hands
-Let go with your good hand and place it about 1 inch up from your bad wrist
-Squeeze really hard on your wrist and let go slowly with your bad hand.

If it is both wrists you need to rest them, this is the only thing that helped mine. Seeings you have just started a cycle (bad idea when injured), you can do biceps on a bicep machine but don't grip the handle, keep your hands open if possible. Bicep machine sucks but it might be the only way you can hit your biceps while your wrists are supinated.

Yeah it's the same pain. I was kind of shocked cause I just started a cycle I didn't expect getting injured the first week LOL. But it miraclesly healed allready so I guess the deca is allready working a little.
I've started just 9 days ago and my bodyweight is allready 10lbs up and I'm about 15% stronger in the gym.
