For dinner i ate two huge homemade burgers 95% lean meat, a can of greenbeans and little brown rice. To wash it down i had a huge glass of OJ ( i love OJ). Then the killer *drumroll then i had two , yes, not one but two carmel vanilla drumstick ice cream cones. I looked at the box and just with the cones alone my calorie count was 960 !!
So then i go to lay my head down for a second and woke up an hour and a half later. Talk about a crash
There are times where having a fast metabolism is a good thing.
