Here are my stats. Currently 140 lbs. 5'8 Age 19
PLEASE CRITIQUE.
Joined Gym 6 months ago at 125, Started weight lifting almost 3 months ago.
Diet is NOT great. I eat pretty much whatever but mostly try to eat protien.
I would say I eat about 30-40 Grams protien.
I am going to Impriove my diet first.
Any more advise? and things I need to do?? and also what do you think my Bf is? Currently I cant see my abs defined.
