"Free" Testoserone level and Testosterone booster

Recent blood test show my free testosterone level is on the low side of normal. At least that's the way my doc described it. Not sure what "free" testosterone is though. But because it is still in "normal" range he will not use HRT with me. What are the best OTC legal supplements for testosterone you all recommend? I'd really like as much of a boost as possible to help me build some more muscle to help me lose this fat. I've googled the term and done some research but I find more advertisements than facts. Plus, I trust the info I find here much more. The diet I found over in the fitness forum is working great already.

stinging nettle, and

The tribulus terrestris looks promising, but does anyone have any opinions on the supplements that are marketed as testosterone boosters? There seem to be a lot of different ones. Each one claiming to be better than the rest.

This Tongkat-Ali seems like it should do what I need. There seems to be a lot of different brands, etc. Is it okay to ask for a certain brand to be recommended? If not, then just PM me please. I'd like to get some in the mail ASAP.

Myogenx is made by which manufacturer? I found two different products labled Myogenx and the first one was in a black bottle with red/white lable and the other is made by Anthony Roberts which says Fadogia Agretis 500MG.

but adding the 6OXO would be the shit
6OXO will make you strong and gain weight which i always liked.
Novadex XT will lean you out more and my dry out ur joints out a little
