training hard 2 years
on my 2nd cycle of deca+sus
week 1-10 400mg deca
week 1-12 200mg of sus.
i was just reading a thread bout protien shakes,som one saying there shit,.
i take protien 95+, i hav 4 shakes a day ,each shake is 100gm powder which is 94 grams protien each shake,i only take it after my meals which is 5-6 meals aday.i was told on hear that i need 2gm of protien for every pound i weigh,thats 420 gm of protien a day.it seems to work im on week 4 of cycle and gained 20 pounds,but i would like some advise please
