hi guys and girls im just about to start my first 12 week cycle of test. cyp. and have been advised to use 400ml per week.
I have done alot of reading and that seems like a good dose (also going to take dbol for first 5 weeks) but i just cant find any info on whats best, one shot of 400ml once a week or a breakdown of shots to two or even 3 times a week.
im not all that keen on needles and need to take time off from work to get to the exchange so i would like to keep jabs to a minimum, but obviously my health and gains are the main issues here!
i am 6'3, 23, training for about 4 years (but not as much wights as i should have been) 96kg, want to bulk up. diet is almost in order (finding it hard to pack in those 5th and 6th meals!
