    Diet critique

    Clean bulk. Dont think I am eating enough. take a look cheers.

    Morning: (coffee) Banana, 1.5 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey

    smoko: 125 g Can of tuna, apple, K time bar(500 kj, 1.2g protein, 1.1g fat)

    Lunch: 4 slices wholegrain bread(buttered) 100g Turkey/chicken(shaved deli meat), apple, small protein bar(munchables milk protein bar)

    Prewo: Banana, 1.5 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey

    Postwo:1.5 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey

    Tea: Steak(about 200-250 gm) and vegtables(basic greens and potato)

    Before bed: Yoplait fat free tub of yoghurt

    Basically the same on off days

    stats 21 yo, 178 lbs(target 200 of course), 16-18 percent bodyfat

    Lookinf for some professional advice for an upcoming PH cycle

    Cut out the fruit, fruit should only be eaten on an empty stomach. Cut out the yogurt, change it to cottage cheese, protein bars are crap, however many grams your postworkout protein shake is, consume double that amount of dextrose or similar. K time bar? Just a couple of thoughts bro.

    Can't establish whether you're eating 'enough' unless there's a reference point.

    i will have to get out the kilojoule to calorie converter as most of the stupid food packaging here is in kj.
