smoko: 125 g Can of tuna, apple, K time bar(500 kj, 1.2g protein, 1.1g fat)
Lunch: 4 slices wholegrain bread(buttered) 100g Turkey/chicken(shaved deli meat), apple, small protein bar(munchables milk protein bar)
Prewo: Banana, 1.5 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey
Postwo:1.5 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey
Tea: Steak(about 200-250 gm) and vegtables(basic greens and potato)
Before bed: Yoplait fat free tub of yoghurt
Basically the same on off days
