IMo 20mg/day of dbol is quite aimless, so I'd up it till 35/40mg at least.
You can optimize your fat burning doing some cardio at empty stomach and preferring a lean mass diet instead of a bulk one. My first cycle was on bulking AAS with a cutting diet. results was both amazing in lean mass and fatloss.
My final advice is to consult the over40 forum and ask for help to some experienced users over 40 like Kale.

Well ride on if youre 53 years old and still wanna take care of yourself, My man CL said it, and i most def think that Kale will sort you out has he is one of our more "senior" members on this board. Personally i dont think 20mg/day of D-bols is too low, has it is pretty harsch on your liver and i guess at your age ud wanna take care of yourself. Just my opinion.
I agree that Dbol is heavy on the liver, but if I have to take it I would consider to do that for having some results, and I don't think you'll see something at low dosage...
So, if you're afraid about your liver, and I'd never joke with it, just don't take Dbol at all.
