well iv had glandular fever been sick for 5 weeks
i am better now....
I lost in that time 13 Kilos, i couldnt eat i was in bed sleeping most of the time
telling you glandular fever is the worst thing to get when your training
i feel like a lil bitch now
iv just started training again and dieting...
these things happen and damm does it suck
Question
i have been training for about 1 week.
Should i start a cycle now?
or should i wait untill i gain a few pounds of lean mass then cycle?
i am currently 93 Kilos
