Much better yeha, but i'm pretty curiously about your diet....
as far as i'm concerned, in the first 18 months when i started i gained 20 kilos so that's 45 lbs...and the following 2 years (so that leads us now) the same...i started i was 61 kg (138 lbs) and 3 years later i'm 218 lbs...
but had the chance to be taken in charge by a very professional man and all my bars went up like hell!! i double my squat/bench press weight...i'm so grateful i found him!
all that thanks to diet and "clever" training.....(later on thanks also to gear)....

i have been trainin for about 3years all together but the first 2years was a mess my eating traing and sleeping was a mess its only been the last year were i sorted it all out but i still gained weight in the first 2years its only the last year were my weight a size has gone up to a decent size.
