Injection site brusing, what is going on?

On thursday I injected my left glute with .75cc of test 250 cyp. and 150cc of deca combined in one shot. Today I have a one half of a fist sized bruse. The brusing is noticable but not gross looking(minor to medium brusing). It does not hurt but is noticable. Any ideas as to what is going on? Should I wait to see if it get better or worse? Needles were clean and I put it where one should normally place an injection. This is the second time I ever used injectables. On 3-10 I did everything the same way but in the oppossite glute and had some minor burning but a day and a half later it went away. There was also no brusing.

I made sure that all the air bubbles were out and then injected myself. Did I do this wrong. Also, I used a 1 inch 23 and from what I here I might need to get a bigger needle. Is this correct.

judging by this answer, I would guess that you didn't aspirate. click the blue word and read up on proper procedures.

Well thats good the bubbles are gone. but I dont think you aspirated. U know what that is?

1.5 inch is what I use!!

All u do is after u inject pull back on the plunger and if theres blood in the needle means u hit a vessel. Should remove and try again

I have read the briefing on injection placement and wonder if I might not have got it into the muscle. However, Do you know if I am in a bad situation? Or will this likely go away with some kind of massaging and time and ice.
