oh lord...REEEEAAAD! sorry. 1. YES its a steroid. 2. RESEARCH
Click Drug Name to View Profile: Dianabol
Dbol - Methandrostenolone
It never ceases to amaze me how people will go through the work of becoming a member when they could have saved more time typing "dianabol" into googles search box.
so if i did get my eating on track..what steriod would u recoment for me?
It will take you quite while to get your diet on track and start to approach your natural potential, use that time to study and by the time you are ready you will know what to do. From the tone of your questions in your threads you are looking for a shortcut or an easy way to go, categorically everyone I have seen approach it in this fashion has been ultimately disappointed.
so u dont think benching 2.16x my body weight is my bodys natural potential? haha i mean i can curl my body weight 2 times
and i did it with pretty much the same diet i have no...only dif was no xplode every day and 3 protien shakes a day
According to you, you are 5'9" and 147lbs. Do you even have to ask if you are at your natural potential?
im talking about strength wise not body weight, i obviously can with my weight
Thats a great point that brought up a specific memory from like 7 years back.
But I remember this kid from my senior year in highschool who actually was going around school and the gym selling andro pills that he capsuled himself and was flaunting off as "d-bol".
The funny thing was I was in his car when he made one of his sales and when I saw these kids just spend 3 times more what actual d-bol sells for than shake his hand and say "you are awesome dude" I realized how stupid people were who essentially knew NOTHING about steroids.
The craziest part is he made a shitload of sales in like a 2 months time span and wound up making a ton of cash and not ONE single person even figured it out. I thought he was a scumbag, but he was my friend at the time & simply taking advantage of peoples ignorance.. what was even funnier was he took a percentage of the profits and wound up buying himself a great cycle.
I saw him like a year ago and the kid was HUGE. Didn't ask him if he was still scamming people but I was glad to see he was at least still working out.
You asked for advice and I gave it, can't say I didn't try. Good luck.
It doesnt matter how much you bench or curl
Its obvious you no little to nothing about steroids. Even thinking of using them is only going to hurt you.
read, read, read, and visit the diet section. you will be surprised how much info you can take in here.
I need to hangout in this forum more often.. a lot of the questions are even more entertaining than the lounge.
I agree with big, seems you are looking for an easy way out of this in which there is none. Diet is where it is at and as stated you are no where near your potential genetic limit. I ate and ate and ate gaining muscle water and fat and got up to 180 in 1 year then for the next 2 years kept that 180, shed BF% and gradually started to increase in weight. ITs all from diet, diet is what your lacking and what you should be thinking about, now AAS.
Looks like you guys got to him, also the bit about the donut's and burger king....lol I mean seriously there is no nutrition in that.![]()
plus there is no way your curling 150lbs and benching over 300
Sounds like you are going to pay $300 for a baggie of Vitamin E.
ask jeeves
Did anyone happen to mention there is a difference between bodybuilding and power lifting? Strength does come from size, but its not the primary concern when you are trying to build muscle. You can either choose to train for size and strength and see moderate results in both categories or you can choose one and see good gains for the one you chose. But its up to you, and YOU must first decide which one it is you want to excell at. By the way, if its building muscle, drop the ego and doughnuts and pick up a book and some protein.
