first u need to post some info that'll help us determine a decision, like how does ur diet look like now, ur work out (cardio), also some stats like height, weight, age, bf% would be nice too.

Checking out the diet forum would help becuse there is about a million different cutting diets, multiple body types in which different diets work best etc.

Biggest thing is to find your maintenance caloric level and remove about 500 calories per day from that. From there, applying to most people, you would want to drop your carbs and up your fats a little. You want about 50% of your caloric intake to be protein, 30% to be fats, and 20% to be carbs. In other words if your maintenance caloric intake was 3500 calories then you would want to be eating about 375 grams of protein (1500 calories over 7 meals), 100 grams of fat (900 calories), and 150 carbs (600 calories).

This obviously can be adjusted for your body type and if you are on gear while cutting, you can drop your caloric intake lower without cutting into your muscle nearly as much when dropping weight.

Do your cardio for about 45 minutes minimum each day at a heart rate between 130-140. I normally do this on an incline treadmill.

so how does gear allow you to burn fat and build muscle at the same time? i cant find out anywhere. i always thought you needed a caloric intake to build, but apparently not with roids? can anyone exp[lain to me whats goin on inside the body that allows you to do this?

it can also keep your body from going catabolic and staying in a positive nitrogen balance all of which promotes muscle growth (being anabolic and positive nitrogen balance).
