First cycle HELP

anyone out there can u guys help i have been reading into steriods for about 2 years now and i have chosen to do anadrol sustanon and test suspension as my first cycle but i am looking for help on how long i need to do each one and every site i go to says diff things so i want help from someone that would know from expierence

im 5,8 about 155lbs i have been in and out of the gym for about 2 years but i am not getting out of it what i would like to so thats why im here and thats also why i wrote help cause like i said every were that i look some says something different about doing it and how to

How old are you? Your diet needs work.
Why would you want to use sustanon and suspension?
Write out how you planned to use each compound you mentioned if you don't mind, dosages and durations and such.
What would your pct be?
