i took it to court in 1992, i was pulled over for hinking my horn to the beastie boys song "girls" so my friend would get in a better mood, we passed a trooper and he pulled us, searched us, arrested us and cost us a lot of time and money, it all starte with the "improper use of a safety feature" violation and rsulted in a small drug bust
That don't kill me, can only make me stronger

aside from police tactics, what exactly were they protesting? the one guy said that the church of scientology doesn't allow their members to talk about their learnings outside and somehow that impedes freedom of speech? how the hell is that? you don't have to associate with the church of scientology...

Honking your horn is only for an emergency situation. Don't blame LE for enforcing the laws that YOUR state government has passed. Get with your congressman/woman to get that law changed if you have an issue with it.
