    Suggested Simple Carbs Post Workout???

    What Simple Carbs should I take post workout?

    any will do, I personally get some gatorade because of cramping issues I have. I know its high in High fructose corn syrup but I account for that in my diet throughout the day.

    Well you asked for simple carbs, oats are not simple carbs. They are great but it just depends what you are looking for.
