I agree we really can't help without knowing your goals. However, one of the most positive things I can see from running a low dose of test at anytime you are doing cardio is that it helps your body from going catabolic and/or use muscle for an energy source when in H.I.T.

ye but what would adding test do?
not enough to account for the risk of side effects and permanent damage to your endocrine system if you do it wrong. you will gain strength, recover faster, have more stamina, but its pretty pointless if thats all your gonna be doing. its like putting formula 1 racing fuel in a vw bug, its just dumb.
i have weights i can do some stuff with but i just wanna know worst case scenario. what would it do
