    time off between cycles...again

After hijackin' a old thread and then not makin any sense on it(which i blame my girl 4giving me a kolonopin to calm me down, things make me retarded!!) I Decided to write my own..
Anyway.. I usually am on cycle 12-18 wks then do a 4wk pct.. My question is i usually only wait 8-10wks before going on again because YEARS ago my good friend who taught me most of what i know today said thats all thats really needed.. Im hearing much diff now such as (time on + pct time = off time) Is that how most people feel or is this a matter of opinion type question?? Its a little concerning... Thanx

The longer you wait the better. The theory behind time off is to get your HPTA fully working and in sync. As you know not everyones body is the same so it varies, young and healthy and doing a mild cycle(no 19-nors) and a good PCT you get there faster. You skip your PCT it could take a whole year to get your HPTA back to near pre-cycle. I personally recommend at the minimum, time off = time on + PCT. If your a pro-wrestler or competitive bb then you have no choice but for the casual user that cares about his long term health take the time off.

exacly what kfrost said if you are comptative in a sport that its a mandatory thing to win in then you cant wait that long but if your the casual user have 2 cycles a year 1 bulker in september and 1 cutter in march.

It's always a good idea to get bloodwork before your cycle and after time off, some people recover much faster than others, so you may be fine with the short break. The typical time on + pct = time off is just a general guideline.
