apart from minimizing side effects, is shooting test 2x a week at 250mg give you jsut as big of gains as shooting 500mg once a week? it seems like if you shot 500mg at once it would push your levels more

yes but then they would drop farther as the week went on. 2x a week is the best

you want your levels to stay constant, so depending on which test dictates injection frequency, stable levels=less sides.

you can also affect the blood concentration of a substance by injecting in a larger muscle group for a stronger concentration, also all things being equal, a steroid that is dosed at a high dose for mL will yield higher blood concentraion, eg. 200mg/mL Test E will cause a higher blood concentration than 100mg/mL Test E even if the same amount of mgs are taken

Right now im injecting test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days... almost approaching 3 months and ive experienced relatively no sides except for becoming a beast.

Also tiny little "juice bumps" on my front delts, which i NEVER get zits there normally. Luckily ive had no acne on face, neck, rear arms or back... a few here and there but nothing to get alarmed about.. very pleased with cycle so far.. it has progessed fantastically... (a word?!?)

i can't take the credit for that, i just finished rereading anthony roberts ultimate research book for like the 4th time and i love chemistry so i occasionally run some chem tests at my high school using different concentrations of acids and bases and checking final concentrations, kinda reminded me of that, lol

Test E is better injected 2x week.
BUT
In my opinion, but it's just me, some other test, like Cypio, has a longer half life, like 15 days more or less, so it could be injected once a week, as the rule of thumb says to take a compound every halftime of its halflife.
