just wanted to say hello, i've been doing a lot of reading, and been very tempted to take steroids, so after a bunch of research and asking a lot of questions, so now i'm on Roids...lol.
Training day for me usually is 4 days on 2days off. then i mix it up once in awhile by going on 3 days straight, then 1 day off.
Cardio at the end of the workout.
I've been working out for the pass 4years now, i've noticed some big gains in myself.
i weighed 174lbs and now i'm at 192lbs.
wanting to stay big, but at the same time i still have the love handles.
My diet isn't that bad, but i think i'm a few hundreds short of my protein intake.
Taking a lot of Fish, flax, and 3.6.9 Oils. Very nasty but i know its good for me.
So here's what i'm injecting on me now, and feel free to make suggestions.
Every 3 Days, Testosterone Propianate
Every 3-4 Days, Equipoise and Masterdol
Anyways i know i've talked a lot,
Hopefully you guys can shed some input.
