I have been deadlifting more than previously. This is not to say I am well built. I am a beginner going to intermidiate, when it comes to weigh training.
In all honesty, I have not been training abs for last month, due to small injury in rib cage. But have been doing deadlifts as heavy as I can.
I am now feeling like I want to crack (think cracking your fingers) my hip bone in the rear left side, just below my lower back. I have this sensation, but no pain. It's really annoying, but dont know if my body is trying to say something...like dont go too heavy!
I am not sure this is because I have not trained abs and my hip is rotating (read it somewhere, but not know if it's true).
