I think its pretty standard but maybe need to squeeze another meal in there somewhere..

This will be my first cycle sus 300(not my first choice but only thing available)@450mg a week (225mg every 3.5 days) for 10-12 weeks followed by nolva/clomid/ldex PCT(may drop the clomid, I'm not sure yet, worried about the vision sides as I already have poor vision)

meal 1: protein (chicken breast or egg whites), carbs (oats, rice/beans or rice cakes)
2: protein (tuna w/ whole mayo), whey, veggies (broc or carrots), fish oil
3: protein (tuna or chicken breast), carb (rice/black bean combo), glutamine
W/O
PWO 40g whey/80 dextrose/maltodextrin
4: protein (tuna/steak/chicken breast), veggies
5: natural peanut butter (w/ flax seed oil), fat free cottage cheese, celery/carrots
also been drinking gallon + water a day. I add crystal light because it makes me drink more but I'm uneasy about all the aspartame.
