ok i have heard alot of different ideas on it between my friends, and im not sure what to do im try to lose fat build muscle and i have heard that drinking a protein shake befor bed is a good way to speed up matabolisem and help recovery i weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 7 days, is drinking a low cal high protien shake befor bed a good idea i know your body breaks down whey protien faster than casein proteinbut its all i got right now!
