I am 5'9 180lb, I am a male that is trying to lose some body fat and keep as much muscle mass as I can.
Anyways, I will be follow a diet plan that will be around these stats.
I have not had time to add up my foods but will be eating, Tuna, chicken, oatmeal, egg white, and so on.
I am going to try to follow,
Cals - 3000
Fats - 100-200g
Carb - 200-300g
Protein - 1-1.5G PER POUND
How that sound for my size?
I will be biking 3 days a week 45 mintures
and 4 days at the gym pumping iron?
