    Plan to get cut, Eat & Workouts

    I am 5'9 180lb, I am a male that is trying to lose some body fat and keep as much muscle mass as I can.

    Anyways, I will be follow a diet plan that will be around these stats.
    I have not had time to add up my foods but will be eating, Tuna, chicken, oatmeal, egg white, and so on.

    I am going to try to follow,

    Cals - 3000
    Fats - 100-200g
    Carb - 200-300g
    Protein - 1-1.5G PER POUND

    How that sound for my size?

    I will be biking 3 days a week 45 mintures
    and 4 days at the gym pumping iron?

    Dude if you are looking to cut, you would have to drop those carbs for sure and drop your cals to at least 2200 cals. Then again, how many cals do you eat to maintain body weight? Take that and subtract 500 cals from it and thats a good starting point. From there i would tweak it.

    But to cut i would definitey drop the carbs down way lower. I would also suggest biking/cardio FOUR days a week at 45 minutes and lifting 3 days a week.

    absoluely entirely depends on where you are getting those kcals. post your diet.
