My friend is 8 weeks into his cycle and his blood pressure and heart rate are high

He is doing a cycle of Sus and Deca. 250mg of Sus a week and 400mg of Deca.

He recently had his blood pressure checked and it is 175/90 and his resting heart rate is 106bpm. I told him I strongly recommend he stop his cycle and enter PCT 21 days since his last injection. I also told him to get his blood work done ASAP.

He said he will stop his cycle right away, but he refuses to go to the doctor to get blood work because he terrified to know what his doctor will do to him once he admits to AAS usage.

Is there anything else I can do to help him? Eat better (more vegetables), do more cardio and try and have as little stress as possible.

water retention is probably causing the high blood pressure..it will most likely return to normal once he comes off...direct labs.com..you can get any bloodwork you want done..just select the test, pay for them, go get your blood drawn at a lab and then the results will be emailed to ya..no doctor, no worrying

Stop right away. What pct does he have? Research the water retention and blood pressure and heart side effects of the pct you are using b4 you use it but wait a full week at least till you start.

These are all sides from AAS use...did he not do his homework before hand..and I would tell him to go to his doctor no matter what..I went to mine right from the start and told them everything I was doing and always went back for regular blood tests...all they will do is tell you that you should stop and your killing yourself....

I am one of those that learned the hard way too..I did my first 2 cycles without learning anything about AAS..not too smart...tell him to read everything he can and that still isnt enough as everybody is different and it will react differently with everyone....learn about supplements that help BP and I personally never take any other stims ( caffeine ) while on....hit cardio, eat clean low sodium foods...

Remember you only get 1 life and it wont matter how you look in your suit and tie inside that casket.....I didnt understand this in the beginning either..I always thought I was superman....

Diet should be low in salt/sodium. Eat up on fruits/veggies.

i've had high bp since my thirties maybe late twenties, and been kept in check with meds, during my first cycle it went through the roof.my doctor adjusted my meds accordingly, your friend doesn't need meds because he was not predisposed to high bp,but i think it would be a good idea to see a doctor.my doctor was not pleased to hear i was juicing, but i'm an adult and make my decisions knowing what the consequences will be.i don't think his doc is gonna hit him or abuse him because of the roids, but i'm sure he won't be happy about it.
