If I was going to do Cardio and do it at the gym on a empty, Would it be fine to eat A Protein Bar(BSN or something), Just cause I don't think I would be able to pump iron after running on the tread for 45 on empty stomach,
Now I only plan on pumping iron 3-4 times a week and I plan on doing Cardio 7 days a week
But then I have always heard it was better to workout frist...???
