Cycle experience enough.
9pm wake up-1 Lipodrene, 45min cardio,walk,treadmill.
Meal #1 10pm 6Egg whites/4oz lean pork chops--poor mans steak

62g pro/7g fat/632 cals
your options are ok here. but 630cals in one meal? i would drop those down a tad. no reason to stuff yourself in one meal and then eat half of that in the next meal. spread out teh cals in the first two meals and go for 450cal in each.
#2 1am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 cup broccoli/1,000 mg Flax oil 20g pro/1gfat/305cals.
IMO, fantastic meal. but check your numbers.
#3 4am 8oz lean ground beef,meat loaf/1 1/2 cup cal***our 56gpro/23g fat/530cals.
i noticed you aren't showing carb macros... add them in. 50g protein should be about your max. this meal is a good one too. you like broccoli? i would eat it instead of caul***ower.
Last Lipodrene 5am
#4 7am 8oz boneless breast/1 1/2 Cup/1,000mg Flax oil 20gpro/1gfat/305cals.
these numbers are wrong. it's a good meal, but i would add more carbs to the meal because the ones present are a lot of fiber. add some carbs into your pre workout.
Now I'm in the gym by 9:30am Weight training high intensity 60 seconds rest between sets,no reps higher then 10 with heavy weight and strict form.Followed by 45min walk at 126bpm/6.0 incline/3.6 speed.
PWO 1 1/2 Scoops of Waxymaize 60 carbs/25gm Whey Isolate 60gcarbs/25gpro/345cals.
up the protein my man. go for 50g.
1 hour later 8oz boneless breast 20gpro/220cals.
read those numbers and how off they are. 20g protein is 80 cals stud. but that 20g isn't really even accurate. plus add in some fat or carbs here, preferably carbs.
At this point it's 12:30pm and I'll have 1 more meal before bed around 3:30pm
50g Whey Isolate/2 tbs Natty PB 58gpro/16g fat/430 cals
this will work for before bed. maybe go for a whole protein source if you have the time, but the isolate will work.
Totals=Pro 261/Carbs 60/Fat48/Cals 2767.
Checky McCheck your numbers. they seem crazily out of whack, but i let you know what i think anyway.
I know wheres the Casein?Well I'm poor and I feel Whey is more essential for pwo then casein before bed.So I try to slow the digestion with natty pb which makes the low carb diet a shit load easier knowing that my last meal will have one of my favorite foods.
The only carbs I take in are PWO.
you should change that, IMO On my days off none so the cycling factor is on point.
cycling doesn't mean eliminationI really like this diet all the red meat is there so my amino acid levels should be loaded up,and the carbohydrate manipulation is cool to experience also.I've noticed it with other diets where you go low carb all week and slop up some junk one day and the next your full and vascular, but now that I've been in this diet this deep for the past roughly 4 weeks it's alot more intense with the Glycogen replenishment from elevated carbs.
no need for slop, you can lower your carb intake, but do it by a little more than half, then double it and then some on the load days, with whole what pasta, oats, and potatoes, no need for anything else.
I'll start my gear in april and here it goes.
Front loading monday and thursday 500mgs of the first week.
1-12 Test E 500mg split doses 250/Monday/Thursday
1-12 Equipoise 300mgs ew
8-12 Anavar 40mg ed
Anthony Roberts PCT
No macros sorry I'm lazy.
