Syringes and Needles

Hi there guys. i am going to start my Test E Cycle soon.

Just a few questions, which needles is better for Test E injection? 21g 1 1/2" or 23g 1 1/4" .

The needles must be changed twice when injecting right? Once to draw out the Test and one more to inject. What needle size should i use to draw out the Test E?

About the syringes, should i change it all the time after it has been used?

I use a 23g 1-1/2 for glutes and 23g 1in for quads but if you have low bf% you can probably just use 1inch for everything. Draw from vile with a 18g and then change out pin to inject. Never reuse a syringe !! Why risk an infection for something that costs less the a quarter ?

Why do people suggest drawing with an 18g? Is that just to make it easier to draw? I personally draw with the same size as I shoot. I just make sure to warm the vial before drawing.

I don't shoot with a dull needle, I just draw with the same size. I haven't ever had any problems other than some air bubbles.

Will i be fine with a 22 1 1/2" ? Because i will be shooting at my butt, rotating sides.

You should be fine with that unless your fat. Make sure to go all the way in. You do need a new needle for every injection as previously noted. For drawing up, I will re-use the same needle, just wipe with IPA(iso-propyl alcohol) before you use it. Also use IPA to wipe the area of injection before and after injecting and wipe the surface of vial before you draw it out.

I disagree with this. You never want to go all the way in. You want to leave a little bit of needle exposed in case you break the needle and need to retrieve it. I've never had it happen, but I damn sure don't want to have to cut on myself if it ever does!

I use 23G 1.5" for glute shots, so I don't think 22 would be a problem at all.

just buy 23g 1 1/2 inches if your doing your shoulders don't sticl it all the way

22g is fine, it's just better in the long run to use the smallest needle you can, the smaller the hole the less damage and scar tissue and bleeding. I used an 18 guauge before with my first cycle, it would bleed for 20minutes after each injection, oh the foolishness. 1.5" is good for the glutes, going deep in the muscle is the best way, for shoulders and thighs 1" is enough.

Fat like porno is hard to define but I can tell you if I see it. The reason fat is not good is touched on above, you want the injection to go into the muscle, you have to be pretty large for a 1.5" needle not to make it into the muscle and if your that fat you should not be taking gear.

i've been using a 25g for the last 4 injects, works just take forever... usually use a 23g, i have 1.5 in pins, for my delt would it work to ut down a cap and sterillize the cap, or bad idea?
