    just gettin started

    HI, im new here. i havent been to the gym in a year and a half. just gettin back last week. will start supplementing next week. i want to put on about 25 pounds hopefully more. any advice is greatly appreciated. Oh yeah my right leg is so much smaller cuz i had my ACL replaced 5 months ago

    Looks like you retained a good amount of muscularity.... but I would edit my face out of those pics if I were you....
