hey whats up guys, so i just had a few questions about when you think i should start adding supplements to my diet. i had been out of the gym for a few years until 11 weeks ago, 2 years ago my stats were 5'11 210 pounds with about 5% body fat, then i got out of the routine and wasnt eating at all pretty much and dropped down to 150 and like i said about 11 weeks ago i started eating and working out again...ive been able to get up to 180 from just eating and supplementing with protein only, my gains have slowed a bit but im still gaining a few pounds a week. i have creatine arginine and glutamine on hand and i was wondering what your guys opinion was on whether i should just throw them in now or wait until i hit a plateu. my goal is to get up to at least 200 pounds in the next 10 weeks by the way, any input is greatly appreciated!
