Why do you need to end a cycle?

This way seem like a dumb question but I have searched around and never really found an answer. Why is it important to end your cycle after so many weeks? Why can;t you keep using and if you did what side effects would you see? So far it seems like one reason would be to let you body get back to normal. But couldn't you do this after a very long cycle?

Well Lots of steroids, especially orals. are toxic to your liver. Also your testicles will turn into peanuts over time. I dont think its healthy to shut off your bodys natural testosterone for very long. Thats all I can think of.

Because if you are lucky you will just be completely and permanently shutdown and infertile if you do so.

If you are unlucky you will be into lots of other complications due to a messed up lipid profile, stress on liver, kidneys, and on the body all round, etc...

Steroids put your body under stress so you need to give it proper rest time.

Also, your hematocrit (the percentage of your blood volume that's composed of your red blood cells) can get too high. This can result in blood clots and lead to a stroke, heart attack, or loss of a limb.

    Exclamation

Besides all the sides you may get from it......How about a total and permanent shut down of your HPTA

Is it not a long cycle a standard 12/14 weeker??
If you never come off your natural HPTA function will probably shutted down at all, having no rest for months. Making it easier, your system will forget how to produce testosterone naturally again.

It depends on the indivifual, as ever.
I'm trying to run a 20 weeker for my first time, so I'll know how my body reacts to it to see if I can repeat that in the future.

At this point we need to know your cycles experience.
Because if you are gyno or other estro sides prone, or if you have already a low natty test, this won't fix for you.

It does not need a sticky as it is pretty simple.

If you don't come off you will be facing testosterone replacement therapy for the rest of your life.

I have a friend who competes in amature body building and he has been on a constant cycle for the last 2 years. He is crazy in my opinion but if you look at professional wrestlers, most those guys are constantly cycling all year around because there is no off season in pro wrestling and the bigger you are, the more of a star you become.... any way those guys usually end up dying early in life... I am way off topic ...but 16 weeks should be fine

So you have to consult the HRT forum, as Hugo said.

I just think it would be good for alot of new people to see and read before they think they can be on this stuff forever and cause serious problems.

i think its a safe bet that if you cycle heavy for a good amount of years then hrt will most likely be in your future.

any links to back up your claim that your body will "forget how to produce testosterone"?

It's just a theory achieved personally through years of reading, no specific links.
It's just an adventure that could involve on that risk.

^^^yeah but that's like people who smoke two packs a day & live to be 95 whereas some people some half that for a couple of years & end up getting cancer/dying. What can i say? they're hella lucky.

I just finished a 12 weeker of test only. I planned to run 16 but i started retaining too much fluid and started to encounter a few other sides so i stopped and started pct. If you try for a long cycle and are educated enough on steroids and your own body just pay attention to what your body is telling you. It will let you know when enough is enough or too much of something is bad. I also know plenty of guys that stay on all the time and they have no sides but not me. Good Luck

with all the health aspects that was told by all of the sensible ppl above...

One additional condition of me ending a cycle would be my lack of ability to make money is the same as the rate of muscle growth of an old man. LOL!!

I was on for 10 months straight last year. I was experimenting with several different compounds and doses, at one point I was up to 1.5 grams of test a weeks. I did my HCG, nolva, and clomid PCT for about 5 weeks at the end of the cycle. I waited 1 month after the end of PCT before getting my blood work done. All hormone levels came back right in the middle of the normal ranges. I don't think I would do it again but I can see how hard it is to stop after you start.
