    research on winnie

How is everyone? I'm a new member on here. I'm 23 years old stand at 6 ft and 230lbs. I've been working out off and on for the last 6 years and always done it natural. I've always been pleased with my look but never been able to get over the hump with my stomach. I've researched winnie some what and have buddies who have cycled (lets just say they are in it for the quick fix so no research was necessary they thought) so i'm fairly familar with it. I guess my question is, is it right for me. I have no current pics but can get some up soon I would like to lose about 15- 20 lbs. please any info would be great thanks.

alright... I got you.. just everything I hear and read is how its used for cutting so maybe my assumption is that it burns fat. My BF is probably around 13 to 14 according to some calc. I found on the web.. Not sure how accurate they are.

if your in college like me you can just go down to the trainers to get a accurate bf%? I've even heard of some schools with the real deal pool drop in. Next hes gonna ask you for a lay out of your diet...just lay it out why you try to get your correct BF%

My cardio comes from lacrosse i life like an animal....but my diet is awesome now....but its a little crazy to take in over 300g's of protein...but i've lost 20lbs and gettin more shredded faster. Also about to go on Clenbuterol. But its hard to find anything legit and good these days. But yo im a rookie just like you.

ok. while using aas you can cut or bulk on most any choice of aas thats why i say its diet dependent. if cycling is something that you really do want to do then i would advise that you start with test only. considering that you have never cycled before you will see awsome results off of just test (assuming your diet is on point). look into a cycle with test e @ 500mgs ew for 12 weeks. now dont expect to lose 10 pounds off of test. you will gain weight but with proper diet and pct you could look to gain 15-20 pounds or so of quality muscle. then when you go for your second cycle make that a cutting cycle which would be a good time to include another compound such as winny. but i would just advise that if you arent that serious about aas then try the cardio and diet first. that will get you further than you might think. and i will also advise posting you diet in the diet forum and let these guys cratiuqe it.
