i think your on your way to gettin big :P maybe check out the diet forum to check how your doing on the eating side otherwise train hard mate
197 is not a bad weight for a 18. How tall are you? what are your overall goals?

eh i'm 6 foot. My goals are to get lean and muscular. I wanna drop to like 185 losing my fat but gaining muscle. Or just get muscular and stay around 200, but get to maybe like 10-11% BF or maybe even less.
