PCT Help Please...

Hey guys,
I just completed a 4 week Mdrol cycle.
Week 1: 20Mg
Week 2: 20Mg
Week 3: 30 Mg
Week 4: 30 Mg

I am now ready to go on my PCT. I have liquid clomid its a bottle 30ml-50 Mg/ml. I am aware I have to do the PCT for 4 weeks as well. If someone can get back to me with the correct dosage so I can recover effectively that would be great.

I have no clue when it comes to pro-hormones, so take my suggestions for what it's worth.
I would run the clomid at 50mg/day for 30 days.
