I finally got all my stuff in the mail and I'm wanting to start. I injured my back and shoulder awhile ago so I've been taking it pretty easy lately on squats and deads...both are feeling much much better. Now I haven't really done my legs much because of my back for the last 3 months. I've been back on legs for 2 wks now (doing squats)...I've lost strength obviously, not a whole lot, but I'm taking a new approach to legs and doing moderate weight squats 1st in my workout with more reps instead of heavy weight and then going really hard and heavy on the leg press...I just don't want to risk messing up my back. Now, I still have most all of my strength in my upper body. Should I wait still and bring up my legs as much as I can or just go ahead and start my cycle now?
