    almost ready to start cutting

    I'm almost done my first cycle, I have pct ready. I have hit my goal of 200lbs at 5"8" at 10%. I want to rip up soon but how should I change my workout and diet, I have a high metabolism so I can eat lots of fat and carbs and won't get fat... anyone like me that has had success with a particular diet and workout program?

    you need to post in diet forum. my suggestion is to find maintance cals, subtract 500 and then let 50% come from protien, 30% carbs, 20% fat. google maintance calories calculate and then remember that:
    1 gram protien = 1 gram carb = 4 cals, 1 gram fat = 9 cals
