Mix some chocolate (or the flavor of your choice) protein with it. I use 100% whey chocolate and mix it in after I cook the oatmeal and it mixes really really well and tastes great. Also some NuStevia sweetens it right up.

I make a pancake out of 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal. Combine in a small bowl. Wisk to combine the oatmeal and whites into a batter. Use some pam in a non-stick pan, pour in mix, and cook both sides to golden brown. Top off with some sugar free syrup.

I make enough for the week on Sunday, and heat them in a microwave every morning.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea, I'm going to have an experimental day and see what comes out of it, This morning cinnamon and splenda made the oatmeal bearable.

brown rice is the nastier one IMO. I can eat gobs of oats, I just stir them while I make them, like Im msking rissotto, get them nice and runny. Ill add splenda and thats it. I actually add fat&sugar free vanilla yogurt/blueberries/rasperries/and a bit of granola a lot of times as well, it is a meal in itself with a protein shake beside it.
