    Considering a Cycle of Winstrol

Hey, I'm trying to cut some weight. Been stuck at around 195ish for about 4 months now and it doesn't seem to go down no matter what I do. Just wondering if anyone has any good insight on this, wondering if it'll put on some decent gains and how well it helps to cut weight. And I know your not allowed to post prices so, and I'm new to the board so I can't PM but if I could email one of you with the price I got for the cycle that'd be awsome.

what are your complete stats bro. age, bf%, cycle exp,
what does you diet look like?

  4. #4
    Age:18
    BF: 13%
    Cycle Exp: 0

Not the best eater, not the worst though. For breakfast I'll have a bowl of a cereal with skim milk, or maybe a bagel with a little bit of cream cheese. Might have a snack or something in the middle of the day could vary from an apple to a cereal bar. Lunch I have a turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomato, spicy mustard and a bag of pretzels. Dinner is whatever my parents make, but I always try to stay away from fastfood. I don't drink soda, if I do its diet, don't drink gatorade anymore, propell or diet iced tea. Overall I try to eat healthy.

I just got done wrestling so my cardio's gone down a lot, but I have more time to lift now and I'm doing crew so thats some cardio. I try to get 4 lifts in a week and always drink a protein shake with creatine afterwards.

That diet blows ass. Cereal, and a bagel are white carbs and pretty much turn to sugar when they hit your mouth. Same with the cereal bar. And the bag of pretzels.

Just because you stay away from fast food doesn't mean you're eating to maintain muscle and promote fat loss. Do you have any idea how many grams of protein/fat/carbs and total calories you eat every day? You need to know.

You don't have NEARLY enough protein in your diet... probably not enough carbs either. I'd recommend posting your diet in the appropriate forum for critique, it needs a lot of work.

First off, youre too young to be considering steroids (besides winny doesnt burn fat) and second, diet is the reason, you have problems losing weight..diet is 90% of this game..teach yourself how to eat to cut and to bulk, you should see amazing results at your age if you can learn how to do that..here's how to cut:

Should I supplement for protein shakes in? I use GNC Whey. It has like 220 calories and 40g of protein per serving. Not a lot of fat in it either. I wasn't trying to get something like muscle milk. If you have a better supplement I'de appreciate it.

  12. #12
Ya I'm so used to losing like 7 pounds in practice from just water weight it's kinda hard mentally to lose the weight slowly.

Real food is better. They're called "supplements" for a reason... they exist to SUPPLEMENT an already good diet. Chicken, tuna, turkey, egg whites, steak, tilapia, salmon, there are a million better protein sources. The only time (in my opinion) that whey is better is postworkout, when you want quick acting protein for muscle repair... you also need carbohydrates post workout.

I'm sure what your saying, but my bodies kind of weird right now. I used to weigh 240 and my legs and upperbody are pretty fit. My chest is still a little weird (kind of some man boobs leftover) and my gut is pretty bad.

It's not guaranteed that the pounds you lost were fat... might have been muscle and/or water which would make the current state worse.

Did they use electronic impedance or calipers?

she did measurements by hand. So it was prob off. I dunno, I'm in pretty good shape I think at least cardio wise. Not the best body though. What are some examples of good carbs I could eat.

Umm... white carbs, which basically turn to sugar in your mouth, and fat... does your peanut butter have sugar in it too?

If your lunchroom only has shitty food, then bring some food. It's not rocket science. Cereal sucks... not nearly enough protein, and the wrong kind of carbs.

Need complex carbohydrates in your post workout shake. What else is in this shake? 40g of protein is only 160 calories.....

Ok... how much chicken? How much fat in the dressing?

Whey protein is digested too quickly for a nighttime meal. Should add EFA's at this meal also.

That diet still sucks dick dude. You don't have nearly enough calories, you're slowing your metabolism down.

Any idea what your BMR is?

Any idea how many calories you eat every day?

from what i hear creatine keeps alot of water weight. I'd cut out the creatine. Perhaps look into taking clen to burn the fat. If you wanna get buff and lose weight a good test booster will HELP with that. Try Methyl 1-D with 1-GH-1, thats a pretty good stack. I'd say steroids are used for extreme purpose, or when other approachs don't work. I wouldn't jump into steroids right way. Look into that stuff i said. Read about it first. You know he's gonna get something anyway guys let at least show him some stuff that could possibly help him. And stop eating breads and crap for breakfast! Have a banana or something else other than all those processed carbs.
