I was just woundering if there is a reason so many people take flax oil. I don't really understand why Olive Oil wouldn't be just as good. The %100 extra virgin sure is cheaper then Flax here in Canada.

You pretty much answered your own question.... its an imbalance in the average diet between o-m-e-g-a-3 and o-m-e-g-a-6 fatty acids and flax/fish oil have an appropriate ratio to correct this...
