    cauculating calories

Hey I'm 29, 5'7", 210 lbs. 12 years lifting experience, big ole spare tire. I used to compete in powerlifting, but not lately. I lift three times a week.

I recently bought a calorie calculator and I'm not sure how to figure out how to calculate my caloric intake needs. Just trying to cut some fat.

My girlfriend is also going to be tracking intake and needs to know what to take in. She's 27, 5'7", 170 lifts twice a week.

I've been looking at calculators online and I'm getting different answers from them.

    Thanks.
    Brian
