Does anyone workout at lifestyle gym? my gym just changed over and they are building a new lifestyle gym close by. Is the equipment any good etc?

If its the same "Lifestyles" we had in SLC. I liked it much much more than the Golds it turned into. Ours had tons and tons of equipment, Lots of free weights etc...

yes, my bad. Its Lifestyles no lifetime. It seems to be growing fast in FL. Interested in the new equipment line.

i dont like it, they have nice stuff, but i was doing powercleans in there and i guess making some sounds and someone came over to me and told me to keep it down...

what do you expect? that place isn't a gym, it's a franchise. just like golds, fitworks and all those other "fitness centers".

I go to Lifestyles. Its ok depending on what time you go at.
