    First and only cycle?

I am have a done good amount of research on gear but cant find an answer to my question.

I am 28 and have been working out off and on for five years. I am 5'9/10 and around 160. I started going back to the gym a few months ago and things are not coming together as quick as they did when I was younger. I lift hard every 48 hours keep a work out log and eat a high protein high calorie diet. I am naturally slim but not rail thin more athletic build with out being big if that makes sense.

I wanted to go on a cycle to gain about 6 lbs in roughly two months and I don't want this to be water weight. Can I do this in this amount of time or do I need to do the full 12 weeks? Basically I train hard and want the most gain possible for the amount of time I spend in the gym. Also I want to do it as cheap as possible. Not trying to be huge just a little bigger for the summer. What should I be considering?

    thanks

You haven't been training that long yet and 6 pounds is totally possible with just changing your diet, eat more and you will gain the weight naturally.

I agree with kaberle 15....Diet is the key. Post a daily eating plan so we can see whats up.

I agree diet is most important. Nothing will make you bigger unless you have the diet to back it up. Without going into details I try and eat 6 meals every day. In the past it took me a few months to make any real gains. I just want to speed up the process.

How many calories are you eating a day? There is lots of dedication envolved with AAS and there is no fast way of doing it. Gear is not a magic pill of sorts.

Why only one cycle to gain 6lbs.? You could do that with a good diet. One cycle isn't worth 6lbs., plus all the things you could do to your body.

Research some more in the diet section and then workout and see how it goes.

(physiological make up aside) From what I have read one cycle will have minimal effects on your body. Put it this way I try and eat as much as possible with a good carb/fat/protein ratio. I am not planning on gearing up and eating salad 5 times a day that plain and simple wont do jack. I just was wondering what might be a good place to start with minimal water weight and expenses. I figured that one cycle is all would need to accomplish my goals. Just because my goal is not breaking through a plateau does not make it less valid.

    thanks

What are you planning for your pct?

Gearing up and eating salads want do anything for gaining weight. With that comment, I still think you need to do some research. I am not trying to talk you out of it, just want you to see there are other ways besides gear.

As far as pct goes it would depend on what my cycle looked like. I was thinking of Andriol alone with a good diet. Would that be effective for a short cycle?

I know most that use andriol, use it as a kickstarter not as a stand alone cyle.

You could try var or test prop.
