at night i usually get lumps on my body spread out m body and they are raelly itchy everytime i scratch it more lumps come up and it gets more itchy when there is more heat someone please help me im up in canada 4am in the morning bcuz i cant sleep cause of this rash!

are you on anything?? If you are having an allergic reaction to something, an antihistamine should help. Pop some benadryl

maybe change your laundry detergent or fabric softener....just a thought. If it happens only at night it might be your sheets.
