Hey guys im 18 and been working out for 4 years now. I take ZMA and L-glutamine. I want to know if you think i should take 1-ad and if it will help (AKA worth the money). If its got a lot of side effects then i rather not. But let me know what you think. I was thinking i should take 600mg a day? Anything else i should take with it? How long to take it? Also what kind of results should i except?
