Honestly I am finding it very hard to tell. You are hairy for one thing and just dont hold much muscle mass which makes it harder imo to guess bf%. Because you dont have a lot of excess fat around your stomach but at the same time have no seperation in chest or shoulders or arms etc so I always find it hard to tell when you are not holding much muscle.
Its not that bad tho so I wouldnt worry. Prolly 15%

I know Im not a muscle man but trust me there definately some solid muscle forming.

week 1-13 Test Cyp 466mg e/w (200mg every 3rd day)
week 1-4 50mg DBol
Iv just finished week 7. Im 28yr old next month.
Iv gained 30lbs so far (yeah water I know) Im 220lbs at 6'3 (well 6'2.5)
I know, I know, I know......I could have acheived more naturally.

Not that I should have to explain myself but yes often.
Any muscle I gained I always lost as my diet was crap.
Iv always been skinny and numerous LONG (3month) drinking vacations to hot countries with little in the line of nutrition did little to assist in maintaining any slight gains I acheived.
Iv returned to college and this cycle fits in perfectly with all the free time I currently have. Iv loads of time to eat and train for bulking unlike what will happen when I finish college.
I have no regrets in starting AAS.
It has given me the dedication to stick to a strict diet and training routine. Something that I most likely would not have stuck to had I not been on AAS.
It has certainly given me a more fullfilling and rewarding hobby that drinking and dugs. Which was my favourite past time for the previous 12years.
Something Im sure I would have reverted to without the AAS to keep me motivated.
I am aware of the dangers and side effects - I feel they are much less than previous hobby.
Also might I add that Im not breaking the law. (Irish resident)
My mind feels clear, focused and alert for the first time in years.
I feel like a better student due to my new lifestyle and stress is no longer an issue.
AAS has kept me motivated to seek out better diets and technique's.
My confidence has risen dramatically. I no longer need to be smashed drunk to chat up a member of the opposite sex due to nerves.
I didnt realise it at the time but I was miserable and depressed with my old life. I now feel truely alive for the first time in years and intend to continue this healthy lifestyle.
My outlook on life is now fantastic.
The only negative iv encountered while taking AAS is dlckheads like you trying to knock me down.
Should I have waited.....Should I have built a better base.....should I have perfected diet and technique first....should I have researched more....
Well my answer is NO I SHOULD'NT HAVE![]()

It's your body man..I wanted to do a cycle when I registered on this forum back in 02, I'm glad the "aas dickheads" gave me shit and talked me out of it. I was very skinny and believed that there was no possible way to gain mass and keep it. 6 years later, I'm 65lbs heavier, in the best shape I've ever been and have yet to do a cycle. It's 100% becuase of what I learned here and dedication. I learned that being in shape is a lifestyle, there are no shortcuts.
You can't take steroids forever, what happens when your cycle is over and the gains aren't half as good as they're now? If you couldn't gain any muscle before using AAS, it's not going to be any easier after. Anyways, goodluck to ya man. I hope you can use the resources on this form to see the results your are looking for.
