As of now my diet is not great because I go to School and its hard to eat well there. But during my cycle Im going to be eating chicken, cans of salmon, tuna sandwiches on 12 grain bread... ****ing subway... protien shakes galore, steak and potatoes, a shit load of oat meal, 2 gallons of water a day , ****in eggs and milk, cottage cheese... I havnt planned out my exact diet for the cycle because im not starting it for about 3 weeks. My brother is a personal trainer and he can help me with a really good diet.
