    How ya doin guys its my first thread and need a bit of help wit a cycle i wanna start.

    bit bout previous cycles: first cycle last year in May - deca durabolin(300mg) with test cypionate(300mg). 2 jabs a week of each for ten weeks. amazing gains near enough 2 stones of mass(went from ten and half to twelve and a bit. but didnt use any Post Cycle stuff as i thought wouldnt be needed.got some acne from it too(DAMN side effects)

    did the same cycle again this year in JAN and didnt really benfit much as i wasnt eating too good and no PCT.

    just lost about half a stone of mass due to a stomach nug bout a month ago and now looking at doing another cycle but doing it proplerly thats where i need some help guys::

    ive got 175mg of ProTren ( 100mg test prop + 75mg tren acetate) and not sure what to do it with to pack on some mass. anyone got any useful advice as to how i should stack it, what with and any PCT coz i wana try and maintain the gains post cycle

    21 6FT 1" BMI is 21.9 not sure bout BF exactly but am kinda slim lean figured 31" waist hardly any fat

    SO you are now around 11.5 stone (161lbs) with a pair of cycles under your belt. Your diet has definitely some blanks, and I hope you well know that steroids don't do magic without a proper diet. You have to get itin check before starting another cycle. Whats your diet look like so?

    12 stones from the last time i checked accroding to a calculator on the net my bk comes out at around 4-6%. my diet on my last cycle wasnt too good wasnt taking as much protein in and i no thats the reason for why i didnt benefit too much whereas my first cycle last year of the same stuff was good. about 180-200grmas of protein a day wit lesser carbs and helped me go from being bout ten stone to about twleve.

    i no on this cycle il have to up my diet already am taking in good amount of protein and good carbs

    So you will be improving your size naturally with the "new" diet. You have to eat AT LEAST 200-220 grams of protein per day. Try to get your diet perfectly in check and see how your body improve naturally for a few months before mess with chemicals.
