Just so you know.. we will have a total of 4 lawsuits by the end of the week for Paul Willingham (aka George Spellwin) Why cant that guy use his real name? I hope Elite Fitness has enough money to deffend himself. Oh yah... and just in case Paul looks at this... The Harcourt Family is suing you as well in Colorado. So, I hope you can defend yourself in this type of situation.
I dont know if you guys know this... but I am a business man who uses REAL LIFE professional lawyers unlike our friend Paul Willingham who does not have the money to hire an attorney. I wonder why that is though??? Maybe because he charges his members for the information search tool?? Talk about crazy... Paul will soon see that the mansion and the lamborghini's he says I have may just mean that we have money to defend our company??

THE POINT to Paul Willinghams e-mail was that he is very scared and instead of just removing a book that he KNOWS he ripped off and has admitted in e-mails (that our lawyers have btw) he want to sling mud and get into a fight he CAN NOT win.
